At VenomPlate, we aim to ship orders quickly and reliably using trusted shipping partners. Please review the information below to understand our shipping practices and responsibilities.
1. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using reputable carriers. We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
2. Handling & Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) to six (6) business days of being placed. Customers will be notified by email once their order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or unforeseen operational delays, processing may take up to ten (10) business days. Customers will be notified by email if significant delays occur.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden fees or surcharges at checkout.
Customers requesting replacements outside of warranty coverage are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
4. Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.
If tracking information is not received within a reasonable timeframe after placing an order, customers should contact our support team for assistance.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination.
North America: approximately 7–15 business days
Europe: approximately 10–20 business days
Australia: approximately 10–20 business days
Rest of World: approximately 12–25 business days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other external factors.
6. Customs Duties, Import Fees & Customer Responsibilities
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included at checkout.
Customers are responsible for verifying their country's import requirements prior to placing an order. VenomPlate is not responsible for customs-related delays, fees, or refusals.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned, return shipping costs along with a 15% handling and restocking fee may be deducted from any eligible refund.
7. Responsibility for the Package
VenomPlate is responsible for the shipment until it reaches and clears the destination country's customs authority. Once customs clearance is completed, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If issues arise with customs or local delivery carriers, we will assist where possible but cannot assume liability for delays, additional fees, or outcomes beyond our control.
8. Warranty & Damaged Packages
All products include a tamper-evident warranty seal.
If an item arrives damaged and the warranty seal remains intact, customers should contact us immediately with supporting documentation (photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label). Eligible claims may receive a replacement in accordance with our warranty and return policies.
Once the warranty seal has been removed or tampered with, the warranty becomes void.
9. Email Notifications
Order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking information are sent via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring their inbox and spam folders.
VenomPlate is not responsible for missed communications due to email filters or incorrect contact information.
10. Delivery Issues & Claims
If an order appears delayed, undelivered, or experiences tracking issues, customers should contact us promptly. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.
All shipping-related claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period or without sufficient documentation may be denied.
11. Policy Updates
VenomPlate reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
